Ste. Anne's Spa

Looking for a place to take in some much needed rest and relaxation? To all of you hard working moms out there, might I suggest a day at a heavenly resort, tucked away on a nice country setting in Grafton, Ontario. Situated on 400 acres, this spa offers not only topnotch quality service and a 5 star dining experience, guests are welcome to participate in a variety of wellness classes such as yoga, meditation, painting lessons and snowshoeing in the winter (to name a few). Take a walk down the 1 km scenic trail to visit the horses at the stables, and don't forget to bring apples from the spa so you can make some new friends. If you're not up for the walk, Ste. Anne's will gladly provide a shuttle to take you there instead.

Ste. Anne's has spared no expense to ensure guests have the very best experience; it's no surprise they've received numerous awards, including 2 CAA Four Diamond awards and the Condé Nast Reader's Choice award. Their menu is healthy and wholesome, which is perfect for so many of us that are health conscious. They offer homegrown beef (for those who love a great steak) as a part of the spa's evolution towards becoming a more sustainable and environmentally proactive company. Ste. Anne's also serves fresh vegetables and herbs from their onsite gardens. On the topic of being environmentally proactive; I suggest when you're there to reuse your towel as often as possible. There is no question that laundry is abundant and every person doing their part to be more earth friendly goes a long way.

There are 29 rooms to accommodate guests who wish to spend the night, all primped in their own unique provincial décor. There is a fully equipped gym onsite, quiet room, lounge areas, games/library room, eucalyptus steam room and each locker room has it's own sauna, hot tub and steam room. Outside you'll find a swimming pool, grotto, endless pool with underwater treadmill, tranquility garden and various treatment gazebos. Everything you could ask for in a spa (and more) is here at this well maintained resort that takes pride in giving customers nothing less than excellence. The owner even leaves his contact information for guests who might have queries. This is why I will keep going back to Ste. Anne's and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great escape.
