Lemon Dill Hummus

Not only is hummus easy to make, it's also a great source of many nutrients including protein, iron and fibre. And making anything homemade is always best.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Lemon Dill Hummus 🌿🍋

 

2       large cloves of garlic

1/2    tsp of sea salt

1/2    tsp cumin

2       tbs fresh dill

2       tbs tahini

4       tbs of extra virgin olive oil

2       cans of chickpeas & 1/2 cup of liquid 

1/2    fresh squeezed lemon

 

Rinse chickpeas. Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth in texture. Add more liquid if needed.
