Try cooking your next meal in a cast iron skillet, I promise it won't disappoint. The only foods that are not ideal to cook in your cast iron skillet are sticky foods such as eggs.... making an omelette is nearly impossible.

Tofu or Extra Lean Ground Beef

Cloves of Garlic
Freshly Chopped Parsley

Can of Red Kidney Beans
Season beef with a few dashes of garlic & onion powder, paprika and salt & pepper. In a cast iron skillet heat about 2 tbs of olive oil on med. high heat. Once oil is heated, put ground beef in skillet and wet with a few good dashes of worcestershire. When your meat starts to brown, add your onion (1), green pepper (1/2), tomatoes (3), garlic (4-5 cloves), parsley & a few good dashes of cumin & stir. Wait 2 min. then add 4-5 chopped mushrooms and 1 can of strained red kidney beans, & stir for a couple of min. Add 3 tbs of Ketchup,1 cup of salsa & 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Cover w/ tin foil and turn off heat. Wait a few minutes before serving so that your final ingredients can absorb more flavour.
